The hotel owners were kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location for train station, city center, and beach. Free and safe parking. Worth the price.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Nice breakfast for reasonable price, available on the terrace. On-site free parking is useful. 5-10 minutes' walk from shops, centre and beaches. Very reasonable price for the location. Room had its own kitchen.
Our bedroom had only net curtain, nothing to stop the light coming in and waking us up. Room was fairly simple but perfectly adequate considering the price.

I didn't like the fact that there was a kitchen in the room but it was locked. It would have been nice to be able to make a coffee and keep things in the fridge. It was also not the warmest time of year to visit but there was no heating and I found the room very cold.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Juan-les-Pins that exceeded my expectations. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were incredibly reasonable considering the quality of the accommodations. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb. The hotel provided basic amenities that made my stay comfortable, including a spacious room with a kitchenette, a big bathroom, and even a balcony. Lastly, the location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect. It was just a short walk to the city center and beautiful beaches, allowing me to easily explore the area. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious breakfast with fresh bread and croissants each morning. This hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
All was ok, nothing to complain about!

Great location for exploring the French Riviera with a nearby supermarket. Clean environment and comfortable bed, ideal for a city break. Efficient heating for a cozy winter stay.
Noisy rooms that could disturb your rest at night. Lack of washing machine, which was inconvenient for those who stay longer or have an active lifestyle.

The room is very large, especially for France. The kitchenette is adequate for light meals and very handy since it's a residential neighborhood. The location is very good, it's a few blocks farther to town and the beaches, but the proximity to the train makes up for the few blocks. The train allows you to go to other towns and beaches such a Cannes and Antibes. There is limited parking on the premises, and there is ample free parking on the street. Although minimally furnished, the non-carpeted floor, contributed to the feeling that the room was extremely clean when we arrived. It was extremely hot during our stay, so we appreciated the air conditioning and didn't take advantage of the outdoor patio. We pretty much shuttered the room day and night to keep it as cool as possible.
The Booked.net website doesn't tell you:1. That the property appears to be under renovation. There were extremely loud remodeling/maintenance noises very early every morning (except Sunday) in both rooms adjacent to our room. 2. It's really a self-catering apartment. There were no services or fresh linens for 7 nights. 3. There is a 45 euro charge if you don't leave the kitchen completely empty and spotless. For us this meant a 2-flight trek upstairs and across the street to the dumpster. 4. The owners viewed requests as complaints, which they were not. Our room needed enough towels for two, I asked for a new frying pan because I didn't want to be held responsible for the soiled one, the light bulbs were burnt out in the bedroom and bathroom. We needed instructions on using the tv remote. French is a second language for us, but the owners didn't seem to be very tolerant of this.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the area. The neighborhood is quiet, but there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.
Some rooms might be affected by noise from neighboring establishments.

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with plenty of wardrobe storage. I particularly enjoyed the large comfortable bed and the balcony, which allowed for some fresh air and a beautiful view. The kitchenette on the balcony was a nice touch, perfect for preparing meals. The breakfast served at the hotel included fresh bread and croissants, a delightful way to start the day.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.
